Demonetization Celebration!

Hey!  I got demonetized on YouTube, which seems to actually have taken the pressure off of making videos.  Now I feel like YouTube is fun again, and not a competition!
I decided to have a giveaway, and couldn't come up with a theme.  Demonetization happened at the same time, so hey! Let's do this!  Here are the rules:
