What is it?

 Julep Color Treat Limited Edition in "Heartleigh"
I recently received this in my February Glossybox.  I will not use it, as it's just not my style, ya know?  But it could be YOUR style!  Which is awesome!

    I usually do not wear polish but would love to have one of the ladies at Me and T studio polish my nails with this. It's a great statement nail color and I bet it really 'pops' if under white!

    My three year old daughter is so into getting her nails painted and loves anything pink and sparkley! I would love to paint her nails with this one.
